My only hesitation about this idea is that much of the human race is emotional and irrational, as atheism becomes more popular, we will see many more non-rational atheists. However, atheists tend to be humanists and the humanist philosophy is far superior to nearly all religious philosophies.
I just wish the above were true. Only problem is that there are more and more poor and simple people in the world every day, and they are so easily made into puppets by the sellers of false hope.
